Verify the barcode on your vials matches the test kit barcode printed on the bottom of the prepaid postage label

Both vials must contain water from the same source

Rinse vials three times with the sample water

Completely fill each vial from at least 3 inches below the surface leaving no air at the top, and close the cap securely to prevent leaking during transit

Affix the prepaid postage label to the return mailer, insert the vials, and seal the mailer

Give the return mailer to your USPS carrier or drop off at any USPS collection point
